I Never Saw Another Butterfly (2001), a group work, the Tennessee Children Dance Ensemble for the opening of the Holocaust Conference at the University of Tennessee.  Premiere: April 1, 2001; music; E. Bloch and the Klezmatics.

Brahms’ Songs (2000), a solo and a trio to Brahms’ Opus #43, No. 1 and No. 2.  Premiere: September 28, 2000, the Danspace Project at St. Mark’s Church, New York City.  Commissioned by Janie Brendel.

Women and Veils II (2000), a dance for nine women; music: Michael Keck and Zakir Hussain.  Premiere: April 13, 2000, the Danspace Project at St. Mark’s Church, New York City.  Ze’eva Cohen and Dancers.

Jeptha’s Daughter (1998), a duet for two women to traditional East Indian music.  Premiere: September 1998, “Dance Now” Festival at Joyce Soho, New York City.

Sharing of the Water (1998), a group work for the Tennessee Children Dance Ensemble to music by Joan Labarbara and Haza/Aloni.  Premiere: March 1998, Knoxville, Tennessee.

From Sand to Water (1997), an adaptation of “Women and Veils” to a mixed-gendered cast.  Inbal Dance Theater, Israel.  

The First Born (1997), an adaptation of male solo from “Sephardic Songs.”  Inbal Dance Theater, Israel.

If Eve Had A Daughter - Mother’s Tongue/I Love You (1996), a duet for Ze’eva Cohen and Jill Sigman to traditional Yiddish songs and instrumental Klezmer music.  Premiere: November 30, 1996, Bellevue Theater, Amsterdam, Nederland.

Negotiations (1996), a duet for Ze’eva Cohen and Aleta Hayes (a contemporary interpretation of  the relationship between the biblical matriarchs Sarah and Hagar).  Music:  Peter Jones.  Premiere: Dia Center for the Arts, New York City, October 13, 1996.
 
Women and Veils (1995), for five women.  Commissioned by Colloquium Contemporary Dance Exchange.  Music: Michael Keck, Aloni/Haza.  Premiere: March 24, 1995, Cunningham Performance Space, New York City.

Euripides’ Suppliant Women (1993), director: Rush Rehm ’73; original music score: Michael Keck.  Stanford’s Memorial Hall as part of the University’s major concert and theater series (The Lively Arts Stanford).  Restaged Folger Theater, Washington, D.C.  

Mountains of Myrrh (1993), a solo work, St. Peter’s Church, New York City.  Commissioned by Cauldron Productions as part of their cross-cultural Symposium, “The Union of Sex and Spirit.”

Circles (1992), Spectrum Dance Theater, Seattle, WA.  A 20-minute work in three movements for ten dancers.  Music: Joe Chambers, Duke Ellington and Max Roach.

Me and My Fifteen Jobs (1992), New Port Art Museum, Providence, RI.  A 10-minute solo in two movements for artistic director of Fusion Works, Providence, RI.  Music: Ellington.  Repeat performances Boston University, Brown University.
